Skills Development

It is essential that Usapho Indlu upskill, educate and train both the adults and the younger generation in our street to be able to generate income and run sustainable households. Apart from Food Garden skills, Siphokazi is now attending a four month Creative Handwork training to learn beading, sewing and other handwork crafts so that our households have a skill to enable them to work and run their own businesses.  We also partner with Work 4 a Living, as they run excellent 5 day courses in other fields, eg Barista Courses and training in Computer Skills.
