The ‘Successful Enterprises: An Entrepreneurial Capacity Building Course’ was held over three days and led by Bill Taylor, renowned businessman and Kingdom builder, for the adults in our Zone in Thembalethu.
These are unemployed folk who wanted to start businesses or side hustles, which is part of our vision to grow sustainability in the community.
Our attendees were led through a course where they assessed their gifts and talents and were given the knowledge to build businesses using assets available to them. The key factors were 1. YOU are the most important asset; 2. Identify your product or service; 3. Find customers with money; and 4. Make a PROFIT.
There were many conversations, learning experiences and questions. Finally, on the last day, 11 entrepreneurs presented Business Plans – which were tweaked by Bill – that are now ready to be put into practice through hard work.
These entrepreneurs are ready to live their dream…one step at a time!
